One method of cooking straighneck squash.
BTW, depending on how much corn meal is on your squash and how much oil you put on it to start with you *might* not have to add any additional oil after turning the squash over as I do here. You only need to add a bit of additional oil between the squash if the pan looks a little dry. And of course you always need to add a little oil to the onions.
