Part 3 and last one of a small series presenting the planche, a famous gymnastics position. The purpose is to see its various applications in situation, as inspiration for everyone working hard on it.
Here we finally see top level gymnasts using planche in their still rings routines. Rings are the most physically demanding apparatus in gymnastics, requiring maximal strength, motivation, and balance control. Therefore, bodyweight training on rings is highly efficient, making effort easy when coming back on floor. Enjoy!
