Every time you post a video on haarp rings, A) the bad weather was already there and/or moving into the area where the alleged haarp ring is. B) Every time there is a weather radar/airport at the exact epicenter of where you say it is. You are taking a weather radar signature and telling people it is a haarp ring. STOP!
