These are just a few tips and reminders of things to be careful of that risk cross contamination. Things like peanut butter, butter, jam, mayo, etc. And I suggest keeping a separate set of pans and cutting boards. Remember it only takes the smallest amount of gluten to get sick so better to be extra cautious. Also, the random noises in the background are my parrot, sorry
