I had some requests for this, hence I present: A piano tutorial for the music Truman Sleeps, originally composed by Phillip Glass and is made for the soundtrack of the excellent movie The Truman Show. I first play this piece very slowly so you can easily track my fingers and play it on your own piano, after this I play the piece again but now at the usual tempo, so you have an idea of how it is supposed to sound if you play it at 100% speed.
If you have remarks or comments, please give well constructed feedback, so I can actually use it for future improvements. Note: Just learn how to read sheet music: means, practice a lot with it. You'll figure it out soon enough, and you don't need to know every aspect of sheet music in order to get the notes out of it. Getting the correct notes from sheet music is usually the easy part. And this saves a lot of time when learning music. So although I gave you this tutorial, beware, this is a very inefficient way of learning how to play music.. Unless ofcourse, you have a disorder that allows you to play songs instantly after hearing them. But then you wouldn't need this tutorial, now would you.
