IGNITION - Full Body Workout with Russ and Be.
This workout is designed to get your heart pumping, engage your core, and all your major muscle groups. It's one of the workouts we use as we're gearing up for a photo shoot or a weekend on the beach.
Here's what you do:
The workout is broken into 2 groups, A and B. Each group is to be performed for 12 minutes in a superset with minimal rest. You are to perform as many reps as possible (AMRAP) with good form for each exercise, then switch to the next exercise in the group.
After 12 minutes is up, switch to the next group and go at it again!
This is a great way to get in intense workout in a short amount of time.
The bonus segment is an add on we did to add a little kick to those vanity muscles that may not have been directly reached in the normal workout.
Remember, transforming you body requires increased activity, and the results will come from nutrition first and foremost! If you think you know how to eat for great health and body, then you must already have it. If not, it's time to unlearn what you already know.
