Hanging Leg Lifts, Reps: 20, Sets: 1

• Find a bar and start in a full hanging release, body taut.
• Pull your body up until your shoulder blades are engaged and anchored down into your back. Contract your abs and pull your knees up towards your chest.
• Release your knees and descend to full hanging position.
• Challenge yourself to keep your legs straight and hinge your hips to bring your feet up.
