Bank of Tennessee is a community bank that focuses on the customer experience. Using Appian BPM, Bank of Tennessee has been able to focus on speed of delivery to their customers. Their implementation enables them to get rid of internal wasted time, like waiting multiple days for tasks to occur.
Appian BPM Software allows for centralized communication and all employees to collaborate on a single process. Bank of Tennessee liked the use of enterprise social software but did not have a good means of implementing it. When they saw how Appian used mobile and social capabilities it was a perfect fit bringing together the social aspect with the business process management that they needed.
