In other news, one of America's most famous and prominent journalists of all time, Walter Cronkite, shared an interview with Harper's Magazine editor, Lewis H. Lapham, in which he described an "American Ruling Class," otherwise known as the 1% by man others, revealing that they are the "rich" who really command our "industry, commerce [and] finance."

According to Cronkite, who died in 2009, this group of people actually do "control democracy" to some extent. The interview could not have been released at a more vital time, as the protest groups following the example of Occupy Wall Street continue to take the world by storm, which has lead to a number of civil rights violations and examples of extreme police force, once case even leading a wounded man named Scott Olsen, an Iraqi war veteran, in the hospital with a fractured skull.

Sources, Credits, and Such

Thank you Bernie Dangerously for filming The Chicago Love Police and providing hope and inspiration to millions. And for being a stud.

Thank you younger generation for keeping me sane with your knowledge and wisdom at such young ages (esp. Lisa and her brother!)

Much love coming out to Walter for having the hutzpah to talk about such a horrible group of corporate jackals.
