In order to clearly demonstrate the stability of MagneGas 2 as compared to Acetylene, MagneGas Corporation contracted Operator LLC who worked with local police and fire authorities to fire 50 caliber incendiary rounds into a bottle of Acetylene and a bottle of MagneGas 2.
Acetylene while commonly used is one of the most dangerous industrial gases available on the market due to its unstable chemical composition and heavier than air characteristics. MagneGas 2 has been independently tested to be a stable compressed gas and has lighter than air characteristics making it safer than acetylene.
As expected the acetylene cylinder erupted into flames and burned for over 10 minutes emitting a black soot while MagneGas 2 was vented with no ignition even though it was pieced with a incendiary round. Enjoy!
