Behind the scenes of West Australian Ballet's amazing collaboration with Artist and Photographer Emma Hack www.emmahackartist.com.

Emma created a series of striking images inspired by the element mercury. She painted the dancers of WAB silver and sculpted them in to five separate amazing structures to represent Artistic Director Aurelien Scannella's 2014 season:

Ballet at the Quarry: Radio and Juliet, Music by Radiohead 7 Feb - 1 March 2014;
Giselle 9 - 24 May 2014;
La Fille mal gardee, The Wayward Daughter 5 - 20 September 2014; and
Snow White and the 7 Dwarfs 21 November - 14 December 2014.
