Patient 3 presented with a 120 months history of cerebellar and brainstem syndrome of unknown origin including dizziness and imbalance of gait, frequent fallings and double vision beginning at the age of 19 years. Saccadic eye pursuit, dysarthria and dysphagia as well as ataxia and dysmetria of the trunk and limbs occurred subsequently. SARA score was 32/40 at 120 months after disease onset.
