Hi everyone, so this is a very different video to my usual videos. This is a basic relaxation technique used to help reduce anxiety. It is great for anyone, not just for those who suffer from anxiety.
I have found that it can also help anyone who suffers from M.E/CFS, Fibromyalgia and Chronic Pain conditions. It can help relax the muscles as well as take your mind off of aches and pains.
