Starter: 7/8 cup water,1 1/2 cup. bread flour,1/2 teaspoon dry yeast. (In bread machine on dough cycle. Let machine run for 5 minutes then shut off bread machine. Let set for 11- 12 hours. After 11-12 hour add to mixture 7/8 cup water,2 tablespoons olive oil, 3 cups bread flour,1 1/2 teaspoons salt, 1/2 dry yeast. (Run bread machine on full dough cycle then shape 1 or 2 loaves on greased pan and let bread rise till double. (Cover bread with towel) Bake at 425 for 20-30 minutes.
