In this webinar, Dr Yasmina Abdiche, an expert in the screening and characterization of large molecule therapeutics, discuss how surface plasmon resonance (SPR),—in particular, the multiplexing capabilities of the ProteOn XPR36 protein interaction system—is used by her lab. Dr Abdiche describes the development of multiple assay orientations using the ProteOn system that she employs as part of her antibody screening workflow. A brief introduction to SPR technology and the ProteOn system is also included.
