The rules: 1.Strength section i.e chin-ups & press-ups 10 minimum of each in the video 2.Skipping/jumping section 1min each minimum 3.Balance i.e bars & handstands 30 seconds 4.Punching & kicking 1min flat out on each 5.Core movements with sandbags 1min each
