Do you know how many wild animals, kept as pets, have mauled, killed or attacked humans / people and then the wild animal owner was shocked because they had "raised it right"? Bottle feeding baby lions and tigers does not make them safe pets. Do you know how many lion attacks and tigers attacks and leopard attacks there have been? Lion, tigers, leopards, African servals, lynx,and other wil cas do not make good pets. The 1,000s of thee former 'pets' in sanctuaries and rescue centers across this country attest to that fact. Wildlife and nature go together, Wild animals belong in the wild not in backyards. People who own these animals must not be aware that their fatal attraction with this dangerous animals is as unfair for the animal as it is unsafe for humans. Think how scary it would be to run across a wild cat that had no fear of humans.
