Iggy Azalea flubs singing "Fancy" on Dancing with the Stars but recovered like Beyonce—here's why this is the best thing that's happened to her. ClevverMusic here my fancy friends! Iggy performed on the Dancing finale last night (BTW Meryl Davis and Maksim Chmercovsky won). So Iggy started off her prom themed performance at the top of the famous dancing stairs, where she sang "First things first, I'm the realest" a measure too early. Then she just stopped singing altogether.
Okay, she recovered from this like a true pro! Beyonce would be proud. She worked it through the adorable choreography and she sounded phenomenal once she got that earpiece drama worked out. I appreciated the flub because it proved to me she was actually singing live, and when she was singing she sounded pretty stellar vocally. And thanks to that mess up she's getting a ton of attention today, her song is even #2 right now on the Top 100 chart. So really this has helped her snag some new fans and iTunes sales, just saying. Iggy took to Twitter to respond to the glitch, "Iam so sorry guys! My in ears messed up and I couldn't hear the track. The dramas of live TV. Sh*t happens. Still really enjoyed it."
