On Nov 14th 2012, in Lille, France, Jeremy RIFKIN's been World Forum Lille event's guest of honour, to explain its Third Industrial Revolution concept in front of a large attendance of economic actors (political and business leaders) and students. One of his best speech!
Introduced by Philippe Vasseur (former french minister and President of World Forum Lille), and by Claude Lenglet (co-head of the think tank World Forum Lille Institute), Jeremy Rifkin's speech is followed by Daniel Percheron (President of the Region Nord-Pas de Calais) who announced the launch of a 9 monthes project with Rifkin's team to get the Nord-Pas de Calais involved on a Third Industrial Revolution plan. Economic leaders like Vianney Mulliez (CEO, Auchan Group) and Guillaume de Fougières (CEO, Arc International) were invited on stage to comment this annoucement and answer how companies can play a role in this project.
