Some footage of each of the military bands of the five regiments of foot guards marching along The Mall in London. The occasion is the Colonel's Review of Trooping the Colour held on 5 June 2010. This is the second (and final) full rehearsal for the Queen's birthday parade.

The colour being trooped is that of the 1st Battalion the Grenadier Guards. Prince Philip took the salute on Horse Guards Parade.

The first band is that of the Irish Guards with their mascot Irish Wolfhound, Conmael. I wonder what the drum major was saying to Conmael and his handler? Conmael does not stay for the whole parade on Horse Guards and indeed was heading back up The Mall as the Scots Guards were approaching.
