Mugen #36: Haohmaru(Me) Vs Sagat(AI Patch)

A pretty tough Sagat Ai patch that I fight. He has some problems though, like he doesn't fight back when he charges his power up. It usually happens in the beginning of the fight so I just restart the match or charge up with him.
