https://www.facebook.com/mudproject Since the devastating Tsunami of March 11th, 2011, Japan has made amazing progress in it's recovery process, as has been shown often recently in the media with then and now photographs.  However, the reality is that the recovery of the north east coast of Japan is going to take at least 5 to 10 years.
To that end, there are 2 key goals for the MUD Project for the next 6 to 12 months:
1)  To provide support physically by working alongside other volunteers on the ground in the Tsunami afflicted areas of Japan.  This includes clearing mud and debris, retrieving peoples personal items out of the rubble, and aiding with the distribution of supplies.

2)  To report continually on the situation in Japan using social media to share the stories of tsunami victims and volunteers, and to encourage people, both inside Japan and around the world to continue to support the recovery process however they can.  Keeping people's attention on any subject for a prolonged period of time is a challenge, so to keep Japan in the mind of our followers, we will keep our reports short (1 - 3 min) and regular, with a variety of content (funny, emotional, thought provoking).
