hahaha yes Dolly is a great songwriter but she sings horrible in live and everyone with ears will notice that! I've been to Whitney's concerts too and in her prime no one could touch her even Mariah!!!!!!!!!!!

Dear youtubers, newsflash: it is not make you a racist if you prefer Dolly's version over Whitney's and vice versa. It is a matter of opinion and taste. I for one prefer Dolly's purely because of the emotion that radiates through her voice and how she sings with such conviction, something I will never feel from Houston's. However, I do admire Houston's vocal acrobatic talent and power.

Dolly is the real Queen..she is the one who WROTE THE SONG....whitney just bought it and sang it thats it. In fact whitney in her whole singin career didnt write even 1 percent of what Dolly has written and sang. No comparison ...DOLLY IS THE QUEEN.

Ibrahim Kashmiri Yes Dolly wrote the song but she sings horrible in live and everyone with ears and who is not a racist of course will notice that! My ears still hurt! I've been to Whitney's concerts and she always sung in live better than in the studio and sung it in different ways and always put emotion!

That Dolly sings so horrible in live that my ears still hurt!!!!!!!!! Everyone who has ears on his head and is not a racist will notice that! I've been to Whitney's concerts and in her prime even Mariah and Celine could not touch her in live! And Whitney always sung in different way!
