One of the exercise movement inspirations of Low Pressure Fitness is the milenary yoga thecnique. In this video I show a yoga expert performing the uddiyana bandha yoga thecnique. uddiyana means = upward & bandha = binding, tying a bond, fetter; putting together, uniting, contracting, combining. He also perfoms a nauli kriya, which is a yogic cleansing exercise.
