Almost All cooking oils that are Hydrogenated or all that are heated above their smoke points produce transfats in them. Normal cooking temperatures are between 180-200 degree celsius, where as most of the Edible oils does not withstand heat temperatures of about 165 degrees... So therefore the best cooking oil that is available in INDIA is a blend/mixture of two best oils... whose smoke point is world's Highest = 257 Degree celsius. No Transfats
