It's Friday which means it's time for TJ's Quicktip! Each week I will show you a tip or trick within Mac OS X or iOS, this week I show you how to enable the Emoji Keyboard on your iOS device.

To enable the Emoji Keyboard you will need to go into Settings/General/Keyboard/International Keyboards. Scroll through the list of available keyboards until you come to Emoji and tap on it. This will now be added to your list of available keyboards.

Now whenever you send a message, write an email or work on a document and you want to add in various emoticons you will need to tap the globe icon in the lower left of the keyboard to access Emoji. From here you will be able to browse and use all the available icons and characters directly within whichever iOS app you are using.
