English Boy Scouts Brave The Snow (1963), taken from the British Pathe newsreel "Camping In Snow (Scout Winter Camp)". The scouts here are from Westminster and Ealing troups and they are on an excursion in Wisley Park, Surrey.
The scouts fashions are quite peculiar and typical of 1960s scout uniforms. The boys wear overcoats, berets, and walking boots with turnover tops and thick socks, yet bare their legs with tiny shorts.
