Hi. I am having trouble at home getting the microphone to record text into a text message when I have "Swype Keyboard" selected as my default keyboard. The swiping method of text input works fine when Swype Keyboard is selected as my keyboard, but the mic method of inputting doesn't input any text. When I press the microphone icon and then speak, I correctly get a "Recording" message, and when I press "Done," I correctly get a "Processing" message, but no text appears. On the other hand, when using the "Samsung Keyboard" as my default keyboard, which has the mic icon on the left side instead of the right side on my phone, the mic inputs text fine. Switching back and forth between swiping vs. mic method of text input with Swype Keyboard selected as the default keyboard worked fine at the Cricket store, but I don't think it's ever worked reliably at home, if at all, not sure. Could an update have messed up something after it worked fine at the store? I don't know if I received updates since then. I periodically get a "No Network Connection" message at home when I press the microphone icon when Swype Keyboard is the default keyboard, but the very next minute I can make a call fine or use the Samsung Keyboard default keyboard setting with that keyboard's microphone fine. Cricket recommended switching my Default Keyboard Setting (in Language and Input) whenever I want to use microphone input instead of swiping method of text input, but I shouldn't have to do that. At one point my settings said "Mobile Data Connection - Not Connected" but after bringing that up to Cricket and their saying that's fine, that display changed to "Connected." Tried the mic with WiFi off vs on, still no typing when Swype Keyboard is my default keyboard selection and I press the microphone icon for inputting.
