Legumes are an alternative to the consumption of meat and animal products. Food is a daily activity accessible to everyone and that quickly and concretely lower our impact on the environment. We can feed much more people by directly consuming grains instead of giving them to animals and eat them later. In addition, livestock farming produce a lot of greenhouse gas emissions (methane). Our short film is an invitation for people to discover and incorporate legumes into their eating habits through Meatless Monday.
