The VT100 was the most popular computer terminal in the 80's. Although limited to ASCII characters an a small number of graphic characters, it featured a command language that allowed cell addressing. This led to some folks (with way too much time on their hands) creating animations. This is a sample animation captured directly from the video out of an actual VT100 with the advanced video option installed. It is being driven by my Magic-1 HomebrewCPU computer.
