Our jewellery is made by those who are underprivileged and struggling to survive. This includes women from our battered women's shelter, our HIV drop in centre as well as children from the beach community. Each piece is unique and the art of making this jewellery becomes therapeutic. They receive cash for each piece they make, the day they make it, this often pays for dinner for them and their families.

Salvage is run by teachers from Community Concern Society, a local NGO in Sri Lanka since 1982. Every cent that is made goes towards funding our projects such as our Drop in Centre for HIV Positive People and "Heavena" a shelter for battered women.

Join with us as we make a difference in the world we live in.
