Barrister, Author and Campaigner, Polly Higgns explains the concept of Ecocide. Ecocide is a legal concept of Laws and Governance to Prevent the Destruction of our Planet.

Ecocide as set within international law as a legal concept has been set out in Polly Higgins in her award winning book Eradicating Ecocide (Shepheard-Walwyn 2010) the book details the rules by which corporate activities should be carried out to avoid ecocide.
