The bipartisan Fourth Amendment Caucus, organized by Reps. Ted Poe, Zoe Lofgren, and 23 other Members of Congress, will focus on protecting the privacy rights guaranteed by the Fourth Amendment. After opening remarks by founding Representatives, the newly formed Fourth Amendment Advisory Committee discusses major Fourth Amendment issues confronting Congress.
