This library (the DLL) is designed to work with FTP service hydrometeorological satellite "Electro-L» №1 Federal Space Agency NTs OMZ [url] http://www.ntsomz.ru [/ url] in OS NT / 2000/2003 / XP / 7/8 and provides an animated assembly (visualization) of the Earth pictures to predict the movement of cloud masses in the infrared and visible spectrum over a specified period of time before the current time in the format Graphics Interchange format (GIF) or Audio Video Interleave (AVI, compression is carried out VFW- through the available codecs), with the possibility of archiving of images in BMP / JPEG format. SC "Electro-L» №1 provides multispectral survey of the world's disk in the visible and infrared ranges with a resolution of 1 km and 4 km, respectively. The nominal frequency of shooting - 30 minutes (44 pictures per day for one of the modes). In the case of the observation of natural phenomena on the frequency of shooting commands from Earth it can be increased to 15 minutes.

1. 'delta_day' function 'meteo ()' This parameter determines the offset (back) in the days of the current situation and sets a time period of observation visualization. When set to 0, the sample will be carried out for the current day.
2. When setting the parameters of all logical functions 'meteo ()' to FALSE, the parameter 'flag_gif' will be forcibly set to TRUE.
3. The parameter 'flag_ik' function 'meteo ()' sets the observation mode of the cloud masses in the IR spectrum and the visible portion of the range.
4. Pay attention, when choosing the time period for the assembly of a GIF for more than 4 days (counting from zero) require more gigabytes of RAM.
5. Supported Backup and assembly formats: GIF, AVI (compressed), BMP, JPEG.
