Nintendo Wii U VR Head Mount Display Virtual Reality

Nintendo Wii U VR Head Mount display concept begs the question why the Wii U isn't utilizing it's own technology to its full potential. The Wii U tablet is fully capable of wireless transmitting video and motion sense which could serve as a head mount display much like the 3d printer Open Dive or Googles cardboard io phone mods. Then you have the Wii controllers to complete the experience. All that would be needed is to transmit the video in stereoscopic to the Wii U tablet & the nerds could do the rest.
