Hi everyone! Welcome for this new video tour of a furnished apartment in New York City by New York Habitat ( http://www.nyhabitat.com ). Today, we will be visiting a lovely one-bedroom furnished apartment located on Riverside Boulevard, near Lincoln Center, in the Upper West Side of Manhattan, NYC.
This furnished one-bedroom apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a luxury building with a 24-hour doorman and an elevator, in the Upper West Side of Manhattan, where you will find plenty of shopping, restaurants and famous sites.
When you enter the apartment, you will find the kitchen to your left. It is separate with a window opening into the living room. It has a granite counter top where you can eat, sitting on the stools. It is equipped with a sub-zero refrigerator, a stove, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, a microwave and all the necessary utensils to cook.
Next is the living room, which is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, a coffee table, chairs and a flat screen television with cable channels.
The bathroom, which is found to the left of the living room, is equipped with a bathtub with a shower, a toilet, a sink, and a mirror. It has marble walls and floor tiles. Being a furnished apartment, towels are provided.
Across from the bathroom, you will find the bedroom. It is furnished with a queen-size bed, a side table, and a spacious closet. Linens are provided as well.
Furthermore, the apartment is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer for your convenience, and high speed internet is available.
This luxury building is right across from the Hudson River, near parks with jogging and bicycle trails. The building has a gym, library, party room and a theater, and there is also a storage room in the basement.
Within walking distance from the apartment, you will find lots of stores, coffee shops, supermarkets, movie theaters, restaurants and the Lincoln Center subway station, where you can catch the number 1 train.
The Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, in Lincoln Square, is only a few blocks away. It has performance facilities, such as the Metropolitan Opera House, which is home to the annual spring season American Ballet Theater.
Columbus Circle is also within walking distance from the apartment. It is found between Central Park and the Time Warner Center, with its numerous stores and restaurants, which is a great place to spend the afternoon.
