Migkiller tries to establish mind-body dualism by appealing to (1) imagining our mind without the body, (2) mental states vs. brain states, (3) free will and (4) persistent identity. I take these arguments on one by one, showing why each fails. I culminate by analyzing his attempt to use mind-body dualism to prove that abortion is immoral, showing that even if he's right about dualism, that proves the very opposite of what he thought it did.
