In this special event celebrating the opening of 'No. 1 Neighbour: Art in Papua New Guinea 1966 – 2016', Sean Dorney, Nonresident Fellow at the Lowy Institute and former ABC Pacific Correspondent, was joined in conversation by Papua New Guinea High Commissioner to Australia, His Excellency Charles Lepani, to explore Australia's ongoing relationship with Papua New Guinea.
