Alaska Financial Company allows you to invest in pooled trust deeds without the hassles or risks of holding real estate notes directly. You will earn strong, steady, fixed investment returns of 7-8% all backed by tangible real estate. There are no fees and you will not have to worry about stock market volatility.

My name is Carl Berger. I started investing with Alaska Financial about 5 years ago--a recommendation from my financial adviser and I was looking for some diversity in some of my investments. I looked over this program and decided it was a good fit for some of the other things that I've had money invested in.

Well, the reasons I decided to invest was I was looking for a good rate of return and an investment that would be less volatile than things like the stock market, which sometimes can earn a good rate of return, but sometimes you can lose ground as fast as you might have gained it for a while--and that's fine; I wanted a variety of investments in my portfolio and I saw Alaska Financial as a good fit for me for at least some of the money that I wanted to invest.

Well, what I like best about the company is that the people, who have these properties that we're looking at, have a stake in those properties as well, and I think that means that we have a better chance of earning a good rate of return because those people have an interest in their properties still--it's not just some investment somewhere that might or might not earn a good rate of return.

Well, I had an opportunity to invest some additional funds and I decided to put some of them into Alaska Financial because I've been satisfied with the way my original investments were handled. The rate of return has been steady. I felt like it was a good program and I enjoy having rates that earn a good return and are consistent.

Well, if you have an interest in finding a way of investing your funds and of earning a good rate of return, I would urge you to talk to the people of Alaska Financial and to just describe, y'know, what you have and what you are looking for. What is your goal in the investments that you want to make? And, I'll think you'll find that they will be able to explain things and answer your questions and I think you'll find that this is a good source for some of your investment portfolio. So, I encourage you to meet with the people at Alaska Financial to help you make that decision.
