Jazz 3 dance class with Terri Best at the Edge Performing Arts Center.
This class was dedicated to Catou DeFriend. One of my closest friends, and an AMAZING professional dancer!!! This day at the dance studio was about dancing for her and honoring her memory! She fought a courageous battle with brain cancer, and inspired everyone around her with her positive energy and attitude, and her will to live life to the fullest to the end.
I am reminded everyday..... "Don't waste it!! Our time here is short!"
