ED64 firmware update tutorial

please READ desctiption
would be better if JTAG cable will be connected before than n64 will be turned on
quartus II v11 + 11.0 programmer was used

for avoid the problems:
1) need to keep connector by fingers otherwise contact will be not a sure

2) quartus v11 have some bugs in firmware update section, so to fix them need to install 11.0_programmer_windows.exe also or use more old version of quartus
