Would you like to know how you can keep your lower leg in the right position? One of the best techniques I have seen is to practice the correct feel of your lower leg as you go up and down small hills. Of course, first you need to be sure that your seat is over your lower legs. What does that mean? Watch what I do with Trudy and you will have a better understanding. We start with focusing on what she should be feeling her seat over her lower leg on the flat than move up to seeing if she can keep connected to them as she rides up and down hills.
