September 2011 - In a few hours you make 3 attempts each at a max Back Squat, max Conventional Deadlift, and max Press. Your combined maxes (your 3 best lifts are your CrossFit Total).
Sorry to those I didn't get to catch on film! As far as form and lifts go... the lifts may not be perfect, chests don't rise at the same rate as hips all the time, chins should be tucked, stances aren't perfect, and some reps are not as low as others - but all lifters tried their very best and are still within the process of training to be better. Twice a year we take our training and try to see where it has got us.
