VipR methodology name:
Tilt anterior to transverse, standing hip flexion.
The RDLSL (Romanian Deadlift Single Leg) is a great exercise for all levels. However in general it's easy to see that all of us don't own the pattern. Motor control, stability, mobility and timing are some key aspects to get it right.
With this simple drill you can let the client teach him/herself to own this particular pattern. It's a very self limiting exercise that has to be considered safe and effective.
