There's nothing quite like pulled pork - cooked slowly so that the meat falls apart. Traditionally pulled pork is cooked on a barbecue or outdoor grill, but you can make a very good version in your oven. In this video I also make some barbeque sauce and some coleslaw. My pulled pork is excellent in a sandwich - a lovely soft white bread roll with dripping barbecue sauce and crunchy home-made coleslaw. It's quite sloppy to eat, but that's part of the fun. In this video we mention Pappy's Texas Barbecue in the Lake District - you can visit them when they do events (check their website www.pappystexasbarbecue.com) or you can buy their lovely products from their website.
