Part 3/3. The Victory Show Cosby, Leicestershire. The largest WWII experience and extravaganza in the UK. This event took place over the 3rd and 4th September 2011, and this video shows some of the action from the 4th September 2011.

We start with a look at the many 1939-1945 era military vehicles, cars, tractors, threshing machine with steam traction engine and motorbikes at the show, as well as seeing some of the aircraft for the display arriving at the show. Then we move onto the battle re-enactment between the Germans and the British and Americans. This features many of the vehicles and re-enactors from the show, with plenty of explosions and artillery firing.

After this, the air display. The air display featured a great line-up of legendary WWII aircraft. In the order of appearance, Douglas DC3 Dakota KK116, Jungemeister G-BUTX, Hawker Hurricane R4118, Piper L-4 Cub 57-H and Spitfire MK IXB MH434 and P-51 Mustang H-B7 'Ferocious Frankie' flying together. Last to feature in this video are the various re-enactment camps, army encampments, military vehicles and groups that took part in the show.

Undoubtedly, the highlights of the video are the capture of the Germans in the re-enacted WWII battle, the P-51 Mustang and Spitfire MH434 (air tested by the notable pre-war record breaking pilot, Alex Henshaw) and all the re-enactors that attended the event.
