During a Senate Appropriations subcommittee hearing on funding for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), U.S. Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison (R-Texas), Ranking Member on the Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee, questioned NASA Administrator Charles Bolden on President Obamas restated vision for the space agency.
