Every business leader should watch Disney's movie 'Inside out'. It is the story about the emotions in our head. If you watch the movie, you'll see that we have 5 basic emotions and 4 of them are negative. That explains why customers are complaining the entire time. Well, if you all this, then the future of customer relations becomes really clear. You need fantastic digital interfaces to neutralize all the negative emotions and because of that 'Joy' can score points with customers. That's how I see the future of customer relations.
