The team presented a check for $28,217.19 to the Autism Program of Easterseals Monday afternoon at a reception at the University of Illinois College of Medicine Rockford. The IceHogs generated the funds for their donation through their annual Autism Awareness Night on Jan. 26 vs. the Iowa Wild. For the contest, the Hogs auctioned off specialty jerseys and sold “Mystery Pucks,” which featured autographs from both current Rockford IceHogs and Chicago Blackhawks players.
