Testing out my Buget DIY Synergy horn in the backyard, Intro from Rango.
I am about 50 yards away before I start walking up to it.

Build thread can be seen here:

The two DIY folded horn subs below it use a 8" Dayton DVC driver, and are powered by a Dayton APA-150.
The synergy horn is powered by a Yamaha HTR-5450. It was crossed over at 90hz to the DIY horn subs, I did not have the crossover on the subs set up right so there was a large dip between 70-100hz.

The DIY synergy horn uses four 5.25" sony neodymium buyout woofers, and a 1" dome buyout tweeter, crossed over at 1100hz.
Drivers: $6.76
Crossover parts $18.54
MDF and other materials ~$15-20
Total: $45

Camera is Cannon HF10 with built in mic, wind was about 10 mph, there was also some noise from a jet flying overhead in the background. Overall the camera's built in mic did not do it justice, I"ll have to try again with some other mics.
